NBI® Rugby Referee Instrument

The NBI® Rugby Referee Instrument identifies your thinking preferences as a rugby referee. As we are dealing with preference, it is important to note that there are no bad or wrong profiles. The NBI® Rugby Referee profile is a descriptive, non-judgemental analysis, with no profile being better or worse than another.
